Millbridge Court Wedding | Judith & Mat

This was our first time shooting at Millbridge Court and I was really pleased to have the chance to capture Judith & Mat’s wedding there in June. It’s another venue that’s very close to our home, just a 15 minute drive away. I can remember when this building used to be quite run-down and was pleased to see what a stunning wedding venue it has become. Millbridge has instantly become one of my favourite venues to work at. The interior is not only stylish and interestingly decorated, it works perfectly as a wedding venue throughout the day, from ceremony to evening party. The staff were wonderful to work alongside too, making the whole day a pleasure for Carol and myself. We can’t wait to shoot there again in December, as being a winter wedding it will have a whole different feel to this summer celebration.

This is a very tiny glimpse at Judith & Mat’s wedding day. Their wedding had an African Theme, as the couple had just returned from living in Kenya together. They collected all of the animal figures on the tables as favours, a really lovely idea. Each one was chosen to fit the personality of the guest. The flowers at this wedding need a special mention too. They were absolutely stunning. I can’t remember ever seeing such a well put together arrangement of flowers. Such beautiful colours and vibrancy. I couldn’t stop looking at them and photographing them all day long.
