Carol and Paul are a husband and wife team. We are documentary wedding photographers based in North East Hampshire, so in easy reach of all of the Portsmouth wedding venues.
With over ten years experience photographing weddings our wedding photography is all about natural moments. We take amazing photos, but we don’t pose our couples, unless it’s for a family or guest group photo. For the majority of the wedding day, we simply blend into the background, so that you can relax and enjoy your day, without thinking about the wedding photos we are there to capture. Our unobtrusive approach to wedding photography, really suits couples who do not like their picture taken.

If we haven’t shot at your venue before, don’t worry, it really doesn’t matter. With 14 years experience shooting weddings, we know how to take great wedding pictures wherever we shoot.

Wedding Photography for people who don’t want to pose
Less posing means we have more time to capture real moments. Which is why most couples book us, because they love our natural wedding photography.
We do love to shoot a few couple portraits at weddings too, but we never force them on anyone. It’s always a couples choice as to how long they’d like to spend on portraits. We would generally recommend around 15-20 minutes, but if you want to spend more or less time, that’s totally your decision. The same goes for group photos. We shoot them at nearly every wedding, all we would suggest, based on our years of experience, is that you keep them to a minimum, so that your family and guests don’t spend the drinks reception waiting to be in a group photo.
