Loseley Park Wedding

Caroline & David’s wedding at Loseley Park, near Guildford, Surrey was a lovely bright October day. Caroline got ready at her family home in the morning before making her way to Christ Church, in Church Crookham, near Fleet. After the ceremony the wedding party made their way to the the reception venue at Loseley Park. Welcome drinks were held in the main house, which has fabulous stately rooms. We slipped off for a few minutes with the couple for some portraits in one of the beautiful private rooms, which made for some excellent backgrounds. Then, as it was a lovely warm day, we also took the opportunity for some pictures outside in the gardens. Even at this time of year the gardens are full of fabulous shapes from the trimmed box hedges and arches. One of my favourite shots is the black and white portrait of the couple, the light is just beautiful and really captures the feel of the crisp autumn day. The wedding breakfast was held in the barn, next to the main house at Losely, a lovely rustic setting in contrast to the grand rooms in the house, where we captured some great moments during the speeches and first dance.
