Lympne Castle Wedding Photography
Looking out the window right now, at the pouring April rain, it seems strange to look back at these images from Danni and James’s wedding at the beautiful Lympne Castle. They chose to have an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. What an amazing location and equally amazing weather for a wedding day. Lympne Castle in Kent is a Grade 1 listed building, built in the 13th century. The castle sits on the edge of a hill, overlooking miles of open countryside and the sea in the distance. It really is a romantic location. I did feel a little sorry for James and his groomsmen though. This wasn’t a day to be wearing a three-piece suit with long tails, it was so hot. The patio is perfect for a drinks reception on such a day and the grand dining room has fabulous window light for lovely shots of guests laughing at the speeches later on. I can’t wait to return to this venue in the future, it has a lot to offer couples and photographers alike.

Love those speeches. Really good
Thx Maria. It was beautiful window light in that room on all of the guests. And some fab reactions from the couple.
That view! stunning images :)
What an idilic venue to tie the knot, and you’ve captured so many joyful expressions in your pictures.
Amazing blog of a beautiful wedding, love it!
Nice work Paul. Looking forward to the summer sun’s return!
Can’t wait for some proper sunshine again, this wet weather is hard to bear for a sun lover.
These are beautiful Paul. I love the location those views are stunning!
