There are some venues that seem tailor-made for love stories—and Rothamsted Manor is undoubtedly one of them. Nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside, this historic estate provides a timeless and elegant backdrop for a truly unforgettable wedding.

Rothamsted Manor is a hidden gem, exuding classic English charm with its Jacobean architecture, manicured gardens, and rich heritage. From the moment guests arrive, they are greeted with the kind of ambiance that only a centuries-old manor house can offer—elegant, romantic, and intimate.

This wedding at Rothamsted Manor wasn’t just an event—it was a story, beautifully told through the our camera lenses. Our ability to quietly observe and intuitively capture the heart of the day resulted in a gallery that feels alive with emotion and memory.

The Rothamsted estate dates back to the year 1212 when it was owned by Henry Gubion. The current Rothamsted Manor building is Grade 1 listed, originally built in 1623 in a Jacobean style. It has beautiful dark wood panelling throughout. Melanie and Ian had their ceremony in the stunning Great Drawing Room, with its ornate fireplace and ceiling and that gorgeous wood panelling. It even has stained glass windows, it’s a stunning room. The room can seat 76 for a wedding breakfast.
