Bingham Riverhouse Wedding

We loved photographing this small family wedding at the beautiful Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond. Carol and I love shooting smaller weddings, they are always more intimate. The ceremony was held in the Loggia Room at York House in Richmond, which has great light for natural images. After the ceremony, the couple then walked with their wedding guests to the nearby gardens for some champagne and nibbles from Fortnum & Mason. This gave us the opportunity to capture some group photos and some portraits of them. Plus of course the natural images of them and their guests simply enjoying the day.

After the drinks, they then walked a short distance to the White Swan pub for a pint. Guinness being the obvious choice of the Irish side of the family. Onwards, another short walk to a waiting boat, the Richmond Royale, for a trip down the Thames, to be finally dropped off outside the Riverhouse, where more drinks and canapés were waiting for the couple and their wedding party.

A wonderful afternoon in the gardens, the weather was perfect, with a guitarist playing in the background, it was a very chilled out affair. The evening meal was served on the terrace and later in the evening, more drinks and fun inside.

There was a lot of love on this day and we had a great time capturing all the emotions on show.
